Hi all. Dipper and snuff user here. I snuff scotches, German snuffs and others. Anyway, I am of course an ex smoker. Been months since I have smoked. Real question here… when someone quits smoking do they really reverse the negatives of smoking? I am almost 26… So I may be better off. I smoked from 17 to 25. Started in the Military… Wanted to stop after I separated from the service. didnt happen. Now that I quit… I hope through dip and snuff Ill do alright.
@justafyed First off Welcome <:-P .Two after 90 days your lungs start to rebuild themselves.
yeah Ive noticed an improvement. Played minor league baseball last year… Dipped two cans a day had to cut back smoking drastically. I am a pitcher so smoking was not conducive but not totally bad. I am glad that its been five months. thanks for the welcome.
Welcome justafyed, keep it up!
Welcome justafyed! another newbie here too! and from what i hear its about 90 days or so before they begin the healing process and then it can take up to 7 years to revert the effects of smoking, keep in mind im not a doctor im just speaking from what i have heard generally.
Thanks for the replies. Yeah I breathe much better now. I can only imagine years of no.cigs… I’ll live longer no.doubt.
It should include the negatives. Where are the flu like symptoms? Where is the ability to smell raw manure better?? That’s al I got.
