hey guys i just joined the site. but i started snuffing about 1 week ago and i have not tried much at all the only place i can find snuff where i live is a cigarette store and the only carry one kind and that is w.e garret scotch and this stuff is killing me. when i can get a good sniff going its fantastic so i really want to try something that is easier to sniff. so really im looking for suggestions on what kinds to buy and where i can get small sample sizes. i would not be opposed to anyone wanting to send me old unwanted tins lol thanks for any help guys
Mrsnuff.com They don’t have " sample sizes " but they have sample packs. Consisting of regular sized tins. Viking blonde is a good beginner snuff because it’s slightly moist and very fluffy… Like powdered sugar

Toquesnuff.com They have a GREAT deal going. Buy 10 10g tins for the price of 9. That’s 9 paid options plus one for free…you can’t beat that.

Yep. Waiting for it is the worst part. The warm feeling when you see your package in the mailbox is absolutely worth it though, not to mention the snuff itself.

Toque has a lot of goodies I suggest the toque "whiskey and honey " if you like menthol go with toque menthol. Toffee is also good. Personally though toque snuffs often give me the most trouble when snuffing ( watery eyes or snuff reaching your throat ) but I’m also new to snuff. The only snuff so far that hasn’t once given me a problem was viking blonde. But I’ve preferred toque scents while they last.

@Cigshurtmylungs Try taking larger pinches/sniffs. When I first started, I had the same issue with fine grinds, but found a larger quantity sort of self regulated the snuff from hitting the back of my throat. Also, try taking a deep breath prior to snuffing. This helps prevent you from taking too powerful a sniff. YMMV.

@th_HP Do you know if the mcChrystal aniseed you have. If its anything like the Samuel gawith Kendal aniseed? I got one in my order last month. And I have to say I think it’s a new favorite of mine. Edels prise extra didn’t do it for me and the dokilah aniseed with menthol “American snuff” is not my cup of tea. I’m curious about that one if its still up for grabs @shawnmcsweeney @Kentuckysnuff I can tell you from my own experience. I placed an order a month ago and got it in 7 days from Mr. Snuff it was scanned a few times and I even saw it go to a different state and back because the USPS didn’t check which city my zip code is in. They for got to write it on the package. It was released by customs two days before This time the shipping was a little delayed. And when it was finally shipped it took three days from when in said it was dropped off in the UK air port for international shipping. To finally it got s scan that it was processed by customs. So now I’ll see how long its going to take to the local sorting faculty to my local airport. So I now see its always worth having enough in stock not to get anxious where the package is. I’m thinking if those who posted about not paying extra for tracking if they are right. Maybe its just worth ordering and forgetting about it. And then you get a surprise in the mail. My birthday was this week. I hoped to get my self something and my whole order was delayed.
poschl is extremely easy to take, all are mentholated though. What smells do you actually like though? Do you like the scent of strong tobacco? menthol? strawberry, raspberry, honey? Name some, much easier for us to suggest.

@shawnmcsweeney I live in the Pacific NW and jt takes ~7 days my for my orders to arrive with the base shipping option. Shipping seems swift considering the distance.

Weird indeed- unless you are near Oregon, Ohio! It takes less time for MS to ship to Alaska than Ohio.
