I am starting something new on the forum. It’s called the Mystery Box First things first: A. Who is “Supervape”? My name is Alexander Jones and I live in Lansing,Michigan which is in the Mid-West United States of America. I am 30 years old and obsessed with Swedish Snus, Nasal Snuff and was into E-cigarettes as well… I spend at least 6 hours on the different forums and have a Youtube channel that I do reviews on. B. Are you to be trusted? I have ben in the smokeless alternatives community for several years and have many people who can vouch for me… I am “Supervape” on E.C.F (Electronic Cigarette Forum) , “Supervape” On Snuffhouse.org, “Kwaione” on Vaportalk.com, and I used to have a business named “ElectroJuices.com” which I closed down do to 3 major surgeries and 3 smaller surgeries. IF you have any doubts,questions or what not feel free to contact me for references. I have ran several Co-ops in the past and have gone to several “Vape Fest” as well. C. Any questions feel free to PM me or make a thread, IF you need a post or thread deleted contact me and I will quickly respond efficiently and quickly. THE RULES (They can always be ammended if you guys don’t like um) The Rules: 1 - It’s all in good clean fun, so please keep it that way. 2 - So long as it fits, you may add as much as you like to the box, but if you take from the box, please put something (of similar value) back in for the next person. (Example: If you take a 42g can of loose snus, don’t replace it with a syringe. That’s not fair.) 3 - If sending a used item, clean it up a little first. And no one wants junk – so don’t send that. 4 - All contents must remain snus or snuff related 5 - Once you receive the box, you have 3-5 days to swap or add with/to the box until you should send it on to the next person or if you are last on the list, back to the first person on the list (this should account for weekend deliveries). 6 - You must have a 50 post count to be added to the Mystery Box list so that someone cannot just join to get the box then take off with it lol. *Upon receiving the box, you should contact the next person on the list to get their info so that you can send it out if they don’t respond with 48hrs they get skipped and the box moves to the next person. 7. Please put a label on or use sharpie marker on a zip-lock bag with your name , date, and what you included so people know and I know how long or old the snus is. I will include a box of ip-locks and labels with sharpies. PLEASE keep the bags and markers in the box so the next person has them to be able to use. 8. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE AND LIVE WITHIN THE 50 STATES OF THE U.S.A …IF YOU ARE IN THE EU OR ELSEWHERE AND WANT TO DO YOUR OWN MYSTERY BOX PLEASE CONTACT ME AND WE WILL START ONE UP IN YOUR NECK OF THE WOODS. TO RUN A MYSTERY BOX YOU MUST HAVE 100+ POSTS UNDER YOU BELT TO RUN IT. Obviously, there’s a small amount of risk to joining this little funfest as there may be nothing in the box that you want to keep . Hopefully though, this will be a lot of fun for everyone as you’ll get to peruse the contents of the box however. All that said, play at your own risk… (But please pay fairly so we can keep it going!) Yep, someone ended up keeping the box and disappearing. Pass boxes are neat but are they really worth the $10+ in shipping for a few used tins of snuff?

I agree, $10+ for a $2 tin of snuff or a $3 can of snus doesn’t seen worth it to me especially considering the high risk of getting ripped off or getting a box full of crap you can’t stand. It would be an alright idea for tins of pipe baccy since they’re $10+ a tin but you still run the risk of getting ripped off or getting stuck with crap.

well we could do it in a different box does not matter and does not have to be priority mail… and I was thinking adding new tins for the most part, not sure about anyone else but I buy mine in sets so have new ones left over … But if no one is interested we won’t do it but thought I would throw it out there since I am dong it on snuson as well

When we did this before, the recipient paid the shipping upfront so no one risked anything. When one dude decided to keep it the only thing bad was a bit of disappointment of people after him down the list. He hasn’t really come back here either, so I guess he’s been shamed. Having a 50 post count requirement is a good idea and will reduce that sort of thing. No fly-by-night members.

true but if one was to look at the 50 post and they are one or two word post written over a 2 day period it would kinda show they were just trying to get there post count up to be included… although we could up the min post count to 100 or whatever everyone decides makes no difference to me… Thanks for all the input non the less!

Well, Ive bought most of @supervape collection of nasal snuff. He is always generous, fast in shipping, and includes some extra stuff with every package. He is definitely trustworthy, if not more.

Sounds interesting but im strictly a snuff Guy. If the package got to me and there was no snuff (only snus and pipe tobacco) I would’ve just paid shipping for the next person.

I have traded with @supervape as well, my reluctancy about a pass box has nothing to do with him, it has to do with the jerk that snags the box and screws everyone else over. I’m just jaded these days.

hey no worries everyone I am not taking anything personally, I should update the above in regards to the snus cause I was wasted and just copied pasted what I had posted in the snus forum lol! I only have one person interested so if it does not work out no hard feelings across the board , was just something fun i thought would be fun but yea there is always someone that ruins it for the next person…

Just somebody put a box together and throw it in the mail. Pay it forward as you will. Sending it to someone you trust should perpetuate the passing for quite some time. What is in it for the originator? Honor and enjoyment of the discussions that will result from his original gesture. You may even want to name the box after yourself. The curiosity of seeing what is in the box after a few years might be enough to have it sent back to you.

I’m game. I have a little bit of stuff I don’t like or doesn’t agree with me etc. Some may not be super fresh-(edit I pulled the only stale one) as they have been stored in ziplock baggies for about a month, because I needed the containers for stuff I like. but hey it’ll be fun regardless as long as everybody keeps it honest. @Xander or @Cstokes4, Is there a way to maybe make an invite only thread where everyone interested semi-publicly posts their address so we can community police this? Oh you don’t want to give up the box… Maybe the local escort services can convince you lol…(please excuse my twisted sense of humor) If not no biggie we just have to use the honor system. The private messaging can include as many recipients as you like. Abraxas has done this with some of his samples for feedback on some of his creations. Don’t forget to keep some public posting regarding the box pass so that new interest can be developed. Forum reputation may be enough to keep the box going in fact I would not be surprised if the box grows in size as it gets passed around. Have fun with this guys and gals even if there are only a few participants, the box could ultimately be sent back to the originator to complete a circle and you all would have had a little fun at little expense. @Jayson As Juxtaposer says, you can initiate a whisper or a PM to as many parties as you like. You can add additional ones in as interest grows.
