I noticed a few new dean swifts up on mr snuff. I remember the stoped making the black watch a long time ago, but it was by far the best they made. Kind of a dark soapy in a really great way kind of snuff. Actualy miss that one, if it’s like it used to be it’s going to have some big fans.

Hmm.  Looks like it’s being made again.  I’ve never heard of the Black Watch and a few others.  Last I heard DS was done.  

I wonder are they new, or a warehouse find? One that has me guessing: “Dean Swift Specific.”

It smells specifically like Dean Swift the person very musky. The black watch is good. It’s a dark snuff and it’s much more interesting then their usaual offerings. If it’s a warehouse find it’s ancient. They stopped making that one a lot earlier then they stopped making the others.

I have heard some of the long defunct names. One, “Charlotte’s Dark” always apealed to me.

Specific was probably medicated, specific being an old English/US medicine show term for a remedy?

They already have enough medicated snuffs in my opinion. If any of them where exceptional I wouldn’t mind. The Watch snuff was pretty interesting, have not quite found anything else like it. Kind of reminded me of a more earthy yet aromatic variation on the wilsons darks. It was also the first snuff I experienced an ease of over doing.
