Beautifully handcrafted double compartment snuff boxes from Patrick Collins. Made from Paduak, and beautifully inlaid, these boxes have two, non cross contaminating, compartments. Snuff box measures 3 inches long by 1 3/4 inches across and 5/8 inch deep. Corners are all rounded and it fits in my pocket beautifully. Patrick has certainly outdone himself with these. They are SUPERB! The pictures do not do justice to Patrick’s excellent craftsmanship. I’ve had the honor of using one of these snuff boxes for the past ten days, and I have to say is, WOW! Great job Patrick!

My new double snuff box arrived today. It really is beautifully made. Arrived only five days after my order. All credit to Tom! I wonder which of my snuffs is classy enough to fill it with? The F&T Morocco? The Cafe Royale? Decisions, decisions…

Now I would like to see a snuff box with a deeper trench along one side (just wide enough to get your finger and thumb into to) so that you could shake your snuff into the deeper trench and pinch from that one side. Would make it much easier to get a pinch once the box starts getting low, not to mention less messier. Would be just like a standard snuff box but with that one deeper trench portion along the one side.
I have the double and I like it alot. Seems I usually carry 2 or more flavors wherever I go.

Style is the word. I love mine. It is obviously made by a true craftsman at the top of his game! I guess I may be waxing lyrical at the moment as I am more than a little drunk (I have just finished a bottle of red, solo,) but it is a really lovely object.
I would love to have a double box with a small compartment in the centre that would fit one of Xander’s tiny spoons. I look forward to seeing that sentence in the ‘out of context quote’ thread shortly…
