Its Arm & Hammer Nasal Simply Saline. Comes in a can for about $5.50 & has just the right pressure to shoot a stream into nostril and come out the other. Really a good flush & irrigation.

This is the nasal cleaning product that does it for me. Water sodiumchloride & sodium bicarb. Thats it.
