Hello all like the title says please give me your opinions on these that i have on hand.(disable now so no money to order) If there is a way to strengthen the absorbtion rate…etc almost out of fubr grunt, I have these on hand… Wos. Crumbs Wos. Lemon grove Wos spearamint plus Honey bee Tube rose We Garrett’s sweet Only other local avalible is we Garrett’s reg. These are all me options please advise. i would say the tube rose flavors offer a bit of a nicotine kick.

Being a heavy smoker, I have found that few things give me a real nic hit these days (except for Willie Pete and SNAFU plain). The only way that I can really tell my nic requirements are being satisfied is when I have a smoke and I don’t feel it at all. That being said, when I wanted to cut down to lower-nic snuff, I simply had no nic until I was completely jonesing. Then a good pinch of a weak snuff would give me the juice I needed. It would wear off fairly quickly at first, but over time it became more and more satisfying. After I did that for a while, I had a smoke and it kicked like a mule. The only thing that has give me hard nic while heavily smoking is dip. A lip full of Skoal can still make me walk like a drunk. The moral of my story is I use the really cheap stuff (dip/chew/mega-snuff) to get my nic if I need a big hit, and that frees me up to enjoy snuff without having to worry about the nicotine. It sounds strange, but it lets me enjoy the sensation and scents rather than sitting around waiting for my dose of Vitamin N.

You could smoke herbs-a mixture of lobellia, mullein and coltsfoot .or add then to stretch your tobacco.Lobelia is a nicotine substitute and should be reduce to ween off nicotine addiction. mullein and coltsfoot help clear the lungs.

Pretty much any scotch is your best bet out of what you have on hand. If you don’t get enough nic, take bigger pinches. It will actually burn less.

Well scotches are what’s available in south Mississippi… My wife picked up a tin each of these… W.E. GARRETT’S SCOTCH DENTAL (not sweet) I wish i enjoyed the smokey flavor more… maybe it will grow on me like GRUNT did. I get tired of the sweet ones if i use them as a all day snuff. …thanks guys i really thank you for the help/suggested scotches… Any ideas or simple review for the DENTAL???..tattooer601

The Dental is full of nic but it’s a bit rough, especially if it’s been on the shelf a while. I started with Sweet Dental and moved on to the Railroad Mills Sweet Scotch. I quit smoking and was on the patch. I used these until my snuff order showed up. When I really want some nic I do WoS Best Dark, SG London Brown, or Abraxas PF which will give me the hiccups it’s so strong. Good luck man. I’m off the patch and smoking entirely now, just finished the 7mg patches Sunday. Snuff only.

FUBAR GRUNT is my favorite. However im afraid, ill run out before recieving a order… I am disabled. At the moment so i couldn’t afford to purchase, or await the order,i day this because im trying snus and had a terrible experience with etailers… Maybe the snuff shops online ship reasonably fast, also reasonable… Any suggestions ???..tattooer601 …

The problem with ordering online is the shipping (if you are in the US), it’s not the fault of Toque or Mr Snuff of course, but it can be very expensive. The good part is that usually after you pay shipping you still get a good deal- especially now, while Mr Snuff is doing a discount on shipping rates, I recommend ordering from him soon -if you can at the moment. It may require a signature though- not 100% sure on that…

My favorite way to balance the smokiness of the American snuffs is to put whole vanilla beans in with them. Tonka beans are good too. This also adds a bit of humidity that will help with the physics of insufflation.

snuff is as strong as the pinch is big. If you put a mountain of any snuff in our snoz you’ll get a mountain of nicotine.

I agree with bob, it’s more a question of pinch size over pinch regularity. Even the strongest is not going to hit you like a Marlboro, although some are getting nearer to that than ever before with the new ‘hyper’ snuffs. Abraxas FireDrake will be the next Dragun and should suit people who enjoy having the top of their skulls being removed - got to please everyone>:)

also increase the number of pinches. before bed, I do two pinches of about 10 different snuffs, one after the other. it’s not the way a connaisseur would do it, as your nose gets overloaded with sensory information, but it definitely does the job as far as nicotine goes.

bigger pinches also seem to last a longer time. Which is the main problem with the nic isn’t the amount but that it’s short lived compared to other forms of nic.
