Hello y’all! I am in a bit of a financial bind and am almost out of snuff. If any of you can help me out, I’d greatly appreciate it and I will pay it forward in the future. I do not care for menthol, toasts or scotch snuffs. Again, thank y’all.

Hello everyone. I have bit of a rough spot financially and have just about run out of snuff. Can any of you folks from the U.S. help me out? I would be so grateful and pay it forward in the future. Thanks.
I can send you some free snuff but I need postage. No need to pay it forward, tomorrow never arrives.
@Basement_Shaman. Thank you Basement Shaman. I really appreciate your offer. Unfortunately, I’m to strapped to be able to pay postage. Again, I thank you for your kind offer.
@Everest where are you from ?
@Marielle32 I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I see you are a lady snuffer too. I thought there was only one other lady snuffer other than myself. It is nice to meet you. Where are you from?
@Everest I’m from Holland. I can help you out. I can put some snuff in sample bags and sent it to you by normal mail. I have no clue on how long it will take but it’s worth the shot ! Please sent me your address in a private message, and I will sent you some snuff !
Awe come on, snuff is so cheap, doing this on multiple accounts is weak.
@snuffsahoy is that true ? I thought I was doing a good deed for someone in need…
I dunno for sure but the two posts are nearly a cut and paste, I think that was what basement shaman was suggesting. It’s nice to share, but in this instance it looks just like a special snowflake expecting handouts. I’d love to be wrong, maybe I’m just jaded. Who can’t save up the 20 or 30 bucks to have a nice selection that would last a few months or longer? Just seems like someone preying on good people is all. Welcome to the small time I guess. Or I’m totally wrong but wow those two posts are dang close.
@snuffsahoy I’m afraid you are right… I always like to believe in the good of people…
@snuffsahoy…im afraid you’ve said what many of us were thinking, but did not want to say…thx for that…@basement_shaman…thx for providing information on old threads we may not have otherwise been aware of. @Marielle32, you’re a kind soul indeed.
@Chicago_CA thank you that’s a very nice thing to say !
You’re welcome @Marielle32. Furthermore, if i was in dire need of snuff, I reckon I wouldn’t be picky about what others are willing to send…“I don’t care for menthol, toasts,or scotch”??..just saying thats kind of sketchy. If i needed a pinch bad enough, probably I’d grind up some old cigarettes until i saved a few dollars and be grateful for ANYTHING anyone was willing to send…But thats just me.
@Chicago_CA you are absolutely right but I didn’t read the other thread unfortunately. And in this one he/she did not ask for it.
@Chicago - that’s exactly what I thought. The old phrase “beggars can’t be choosers” comes to mind. I was feeling somewhat sympathetic when first reading the original post, right up until that phrase about “I don’t like such and such”. Then my sympathy level plummeted to 0.
Maybe it’s a regional thing, but over here a months internet access would cost me more than a months snuff. In fact 3 x 25g tins costs less than a single pack of smokes, although much of that is due to local taxation. I guess what I’m saying is, if I didn’t have the funds to get a bit of snuff, I certainly wouldn’t have the funds to get online and ask for help. I too am financially compromised at the moment, and that just seems a little… unusual. All credit to @Marielle32 for her kindness though
@50ft_trad thank you. I feel stupid but I hope @Everest feels a lot worse.
@Marielle32 dont feel stupid for being kind. The advantage of the Snufffhouse community is that there are lots of kind folks that look out for each other.
@Chicago_CA you are so right I am not going to feel bad about this. Thank you for being so kind.
Actually folks, I’m not being sketchy. I Was reaching out to you folks in the wonderful snuff community because I needed some snuff and I do not have the money to buy any right now. Things are very rough and I am worried about just paying my rent, let alone other bills. I’m so sorry that I have upset y’all.
@Everest - No worries. I think you should think about budgeting. If you were to set aside even one dollar a day, by the end of the month you’d have enough to buy plenty of snuff. It’s a really cheap habit. A Ziplock bag is a very inexpensive piggy bank. And if you’re truly in dire straits, I would be focusing on necessities like food, clothing, and shelter. Snuff is hardly one of life’s necessities. It’s nice to have, but you won’t die without it. This forum is great for those who want to trade snuffs, but it’s not the Emergency Temporary Assistance Shelter for the Snuff-Deprived. Can you not ask a friend for a small loan? At least they know you . . . unless that’s a bad thing.
@MarkM thank you for the advice. I was not thinking that I doing anything wrong by asking for snuff in my situation. I know better now. Again, I meant no harm by asking.
I am always up to helping a fellow tobacco user in need. And I have more snuff than I can use in my shorten life span. But I am also financially strapped for cash. I believe in giving a hand up most of the time. If I had the means I would supply anyone whom asked,Without expecting anything in return.
@basement_shaman that’s my reason too ! because I know how nice it is if someone does something nice for you without wanting anything in return.
Personally, I hate “begging” threads and comments and my first impulse is to delete them immediately. Unfortunately, on the internet, it’s impossible to tell the difference between a nice person in need, and a scumbag. I see things on Facebook (and other places) every day, asking for money for some seemingly great cause. Often I find out it’s just a big scam.
I give a few bucks here and there to well known charities.
I’ve “loaned” money to friends knowing I would probably never get it back, and not caring if I did or not.
I would never give anything to anyone that I only know from the internet… and pay for shipping too!
Just my 2 cents.
@Marielle32 . Yes it make you feel good to help those in need. I let a homeless friend reside in one of my out building until he could get housing for a few years. I could had left him stay in my home but i wanted him to stand on his on two feet. I did let him use the bath. And share meals on occasion. He does come around and helps with my yard work when time avails. Charity starts at home and it always seem to come back to you just as you need it. There are many good people in the world and I thank you all. May what you put out return to you 10 fold!
@miamimark I get your point and it is logical. But I try to think out of the box some time. And mostly it works out great and sometimes it doesn’t. Call me na
@Everest - I didn’t mean to sound cruel in my comment. It was more like a reality-check.
@MarkM I didn’t think you sounded cruel. I was sincerely thanking you.
To all ! I sent enough snuff for a few weeks at least so I don’t think any of you should sent more.
Very good of you @Marielle32 :-bd
