I just recently got a nice shipment from Toque. and as I sampled those 10 little tins I found myself experiencing a very different sensations. like Peach, oh dear! tasted it once and then gave it away (well my friend liked that very much). . then tasted Quit and slowly I started to recognice it’s simple beauty. just great snuff!
ok, I’m from Finland and we like it here natural …mostly. but when my friend snuffed that peach snuff I could smell the artificial essance in the air it is that strong and it made me thinking . .
i red that those artificial flavourings can weaken even your teeth (in candys etc) and natural stuff like camphor is actually quite beneficial for the health…
so, what do you think about snuffing artificial stuff in your precious noses in comparison to natural ones?
Toque Peach is the most natural Peach snuff you will find. Its marvelous. I happen to have a strong distaste for most artifcial flavors. The nefarious Magnet Peach still gives me shudders to this day, though the memory is now years old.
Toque do use all-natural flavourings - even the Cheese & Bacon is natural!
If you try the Toque Raspberry or Cherry (or the menthol versions) and then try Ozona Raspberry or Cherry, you’d definitely appreciate the difference in flavour.
I am not into fruit flavored snuffs. The exception so far is Ozona Orange. My newest love is W/o/S menthol and honey. Most reviews say it is not an all day snuff? I disagree, and can’t get enough of the stuff! Is it all natural? I have no idea? The price can’t be beat for the large tins that is for sure.
I think what @nuusku means ist that he likes plain snuffswith pure tobacco flavour more than scented or flavoured snuffs. The Toque flavourings for me are not overdone, but I also am a big fan of the Quit and the Toast Natural myself. There I find real tobacco pleasure.
Nothing artificial in Toque! All our flavours are 100% natural flavours.
I think our peach has quite a strong flavour, I find my mouth watering when I open a tin of peach and can’t make up my mind whether to snuff it or take a bite out of the tin!
Have you received that bulk tub of Magnet Peach that I sent you yet? It’s been at least a month. Let me know when it gets there otherwise I will have to talk to the post office.
Magnet is a good name for it. Magnets attract or repel. I am repulsed by Magnet Peach. Thanks for defending me bob. Stokes will be nice to me if he ever wants to see his Abraxas.
@Toque it really blows my mind that Toque peach is totally natural flavouring. but have to say that i’ve been wrong sometimes before too =) maybe it was just too flavoured to my sensitive nose?
but still i haven’t learned much about possible artificial ingredients in snuff, Magnet is unknown product for me. .
perhaps snuff generally is still pure from artificial ingredients? and that’s the thing i like it the most. ordinary marlboros etc smells like death.
but i cant quit on snuffing Toque quit =P don’t get me wrong Toque is one my favourite snuff manufacturer!
Flavour aside, being artificial doe snot necessarily mean it is bad and natural Some natural essences need some fairly nasty solvents to extract into meaningful concentrations.
