My replica F&T snuffs

I’ve just replicated two Fribourg & Treyer snuffs with great success using sun-dried Virginia tobacco leaves and stems and some Dark Fire Cured tobacco from Indonesia where I live. I milled the tobaccos together in my coffee grinder. I used the original F&T recipes but without any salts that they may have added to the original.

Seville made with Neroli essential oil.

Morocco made with Geranium Africani essential oil.

I sprinkled some essential oil over a flat Tupperware container of each tobacco. Stirred it in, lidded it and left for a week. Each day i turned the tobacco over.

The essential oils are pure and contain no alcohol or solvents. The extraction is by a microwave process. They are cheap too.

Wow! I got it right. Superb. Truly. Highly recommended. Beautiful subtle aroma. Some nice nose burn and a good hit of nicotine. Im not sure these are not even better than the originals.

I ask myself, why buy snuff when you can make your own so easily, successfully, and so cheaply too?

Amazing! You’ve inspired me to give it a shot. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to try F&T Morocco and it sure sounds like I would love the Geranium!
