About two weeks ago I began noticing my nose became sensitive to snuff. It gets itchy and I start violently sneezing no matter which snuff I take. I think I’ll take a break and see if it gets better after a few weeks. I’ll use more snus in the meantime. Has anyone else experienced this?

I get an odd day every once in a while. My first snuff causes a sneezing fit. I usually get passed it in a few minutes though.

I get the same thing if my hydration levels drop. If you’re not drinking enough, you don’t produce enough mucous, and that’s when the irritation starts. If that’s the case with you, increase your fluid intake till you’re pee is always clear or only very slightly coloured, and within a couple of days you should start noticing an improvement.

Yep, I get the same way if I’m dehydrated as well.

My nose is also sensitive…I caught him crying in the corner the other day

Except from a slight reaction to menthol, I seem to be fine now. I had a cold 2 weeks ago (which was gone in a few days thanks to medicated snuff and tea with ginger, honey and lemon) so that was the reason for my problem.
