I picked up my first snuff box today and I am very pleased. The head shop I usually go to to buy incense (only thing I buy there lol no need for bongs) has a few in their display case. I actually had no idea they carried them. When I first started with snuff I asked if they carried them and they told me no. I should of known better to look around for myself… here she is payed 15 USD which I hope is a fair price.

Any insight on the maker? This heart might be a clue. It’s on the back.

It is a Heartwood box. They are quality boxes I own a couple of them.

You got a fair price Eric. I’ve seen them anywhere from $15 to $20 on the net…I’ve got 3 of them, and love em to death…definitely a good buy!! =)

Thanks guys… I filled it with HDT it’s working out great. They have about 5 more different styles. Ranging from 15 to 25. Beats ordering from online with the shipping. I’ll be buying a couple more from them.

Heartwood boxes are excellent, I have a WoS one and one with a pattern on it that I ordered from WoS before they mysteriously stopped selling snuff boxes. Stefan

I have a Heartwood box, quite big, which I fill up with Toque Original when I go away for a couple of days. Quality style boxes.

They wouldn’t know it as a snuff box in a head shop, to them its just a fancy stash box.

I have a heartwood box. It’s the one with a yin-yang type design on the lid with a blue dot. It’s VERY nice actually. a STEAL at $15 usd

It’s a slippery slope, heartwood box today, sterling silver with gold plate tomorrow.
