I wouldn’t do CC payments through a darkweb exit node. Always assume the exit mode can see your traffic in the clear, and know that you’re associating your name and doing address with IPs likely used to commit crimes if you do. Safer would be to buy a virtual desktop from a respected hosting company located outside Italy

I am going to study in Italy soon as a student exchange participant, anyone knows if its still a thing? Is it illegal to order tobacco there online?

@Johano, it is illegal thing to do, but there are many Italian snuff takers in Facebook Nasal Snuff Takers group and none of them had a problem buying snuff from the UK. Some of them place large orders.
In case of inspection, a fine is 5 EUR per 1 g.
I would say, stock on your favourite snuff before leaving. You can actually find some Poschl best-sellers, Makla and chewing bags at tobacconists in Italy. If tobacconist doesn’t carry the snuff you want, you can ask the seller to order it for you - it’s a common thing there (and in France, Spain as well).
