Has anyone else experienced issues since the new site launch? Ive made 2 orders and both times 1 item has been wrong. My order on my site account lists a different item than my packing slip (and my physical delivery). Ive attempted to contact them without any success. Some people on the reddit r/nasalsnuff have experienced the same issues, physical delivery not matching what was ordered.
