Anyone know what happened to their loyalty program @MrSnuff? I logged on the other day day to build an order, and saw that they had just added a loyalty program with four levels with increasing automatic discounts per level (bronze 0%, silver 5%, gold 10%, platinum 15%), well placed my order today, but saw that it was gone… got me real excited n’ all too…

Gotcha. Just making sure. I was on another site and was looking for a special and couldn’t find it. I realized I wasn’t logged in as it was a member special. When I logged on and found it, I felt stupid. Could be a preview. What would be the point of a bronze membership though.
I saw that as well, and you are correct it is no longer showing.
maybe it has been replaced temporarily by the freee shipping special going on from the 9th to the 16th on orders over $50?

@Pompeius I’ve had excellent experience with MS customer service. I’d shoot them an email to see if they’ll let you, a loyal customer, get shipping refunded due to proximity of the event.
@SHbickel Just sent them an email, all I can do is hope … I mean the shipping fee alone would qualify for free shipping :]
Actually CS don’t really know much about the Loyalty Program. It is something Pat is working on.
It will be released in a week or two. The fact it is not live doesn’t mean it is not counting. Every purchase over the past year is taken into account to determine your level and hence your automatic discount.
From the testing I have been involved in it looks pretty cool. Unlike accumulated points which you have to remember to use, it just discounts your purchase by 5/10/15% depending on your level. There will be a full explanation of how it works on the site.
We are just working on a bug that stops mobile users for re-signing up for the newsletter. It is fine as long as you opt in when you sign up, but if you opt out you can’t opt back in. This will become more important because we will ONLY be announcing specials via email and (and here ) but not on banners on the website. As soon as we iron out that wrinkle, we’ll be good to go.

I too noticed the loyalty program. I’ve placed an order and did reflect on my purchase history. The ranking system appeared for a bit on my account but noticed it is gone for a lil bit.

PS: the year is a rolling year not calendar. So the system looks back over the previous 365 days.
Loyalty program appears like a cool deal, but I had alot of points accrued that are missing now.

you should still have any accrued points and you will still be able to use them.

@MrSnuff I think I know what he is experiencing. It seems the loyalty program has replaced where the points were located on the account information page. Also, just checked now, it gives no option in the checkout to use your points-- only a coupon.
