Is there a way Mr Snuff can email me when they get a product I’ve been waiting for? I have a bunch of stuff in my cart already but I’m waiting on Back In Black to be in stock. I’ve been checking everyday for weeks and it’s still out of stock.

I have whitelisted every communication from support via Gmail, but they continue to go to spam - promotional emails go to my inbox.

Hi, I have sent you a test email. Let me know if you get it.

I can confirm I have received it, but it has gone to spam.
GMail is informing me that the sender isn’t/hasn’t authenticated the message so is flagging messages from you and Google will continue to flag these messages until the sender can be verified.

@Clem thanks for lending a hand. I think I might have found the problem (DKIM record for any techies). I will get @Kay to retry tomorrow and see if it has worked.
