I placed an order with Toque 10 days ago, and it has still not arrived. I live in California, and from reading old threads, it normally takes 5 days to get here. I am getting REALLY sick of mint.
I live in NY and my Toque order took almost 30 days to get to me. I’m going to say that you are jumping the gun here. Sit back, have a sniff…it will get there.
Maybe customs are sampling your order. It’s really random ordering stuff from other countries. My first MS order took 3 or 4 weeks to get, but my latest order came in 1 week. Well I ordered Saturday night (2/2) and the mailman tried to deliver it on Monday (2/10). Nobody was home to sign for it so I had to pick it up at the post office on Tuesday. I’ve gotten eBay orders from China in 4 days (and all evidence suggests it was really sent from over there), but I’m waiting at least 3 weeks now for another order from China that still hasn’t arrived.
Daaaaaaayum… OK guess I’ll just sit tight!
Almost certainly Customs. You’re in the US? Go get some supermarket Scotch to hold you over. Toque’s a good company, good for their word. It’ll show. If it did get f-ed up, they’ll make it right. Oh, and happy VD. Go eat one of your wife’s chocolates.
Fortunate are those who live near a store that stocks snuff, there are none that I know of near me.
5 days is probably the absolute best case delivery time. My average is 10 or 11 days.
Some of my snuff orders from Toque or MrSnuff took 7 days, some take a month. I ordered from Mrsnuff and Toque on the same day and my Toque order came first 7 days later… Looks like its going to be a month for my MrSnuff order. Darn Customs.
That is unbelievable! Chalk another inconvenience up to the stupid government. I will be patient I promise.
No one beats my backorderd tin of F&T HDT from Northerner. One year and four months after ordering, it arrived.
@Xander: That is crazy. I bet by then you had almost forgotten about it.
Hadn’t forgotten, but I had written off on it. Actually I thought that they never charged me or put it in any subsequent orders that they had just forgotten. I have no idea when they mailed it or how long it lived in postal limbo. The whole story is down here someplace…
