Does anyone here have experience with mcchrystalsusa.com? I placed an order a few weeks ago and still have yet to receive it. I am starting to get worried!

I had no idea that McChrystal’s even had a USA website… do they ship from within the US or is it still overseas?

I had contacted McChrystal’s in the UK. When I first heard of mcchrystalsusa.com and the owner stated that he has no such website in the USA. http://mcchrystalsusa.com/catalog/index.php . Use at your own Risk. I got suspicious reading their conditions of use and then the blank page for shipping and returns. Unless they are a free nation they must comply to the pact act.The only Internet company in USA that sells snuff is Lil Brown located on the Yakama Reservation.

Their site says “shipped factory fresh to the USA”, so I can only assume they ship it from over seas. I hope they are legit. Id be awfully bummed out I work very hard for my money and Snuff is my only real indulgence/vice. I guess I can settle for some Wilsons Queens Strong. Any recomendations on who I should place an order through? I will write mcchrystalsusaand attempt to get to the bottom of it but I need snuff in tge meantime! A reliable and reputable vendor who will have my package here by Friday if I order Monday?

@cory have you ordered from mr.snuff? i realize this could be silly question but if you haven’t you should really consider giving your money to them…they’ll give you snuff. not tryin to be a wisenhimer just a wise ass but a helpful one though i swear. let me know thanks, hopefully i’m not floggin a dead horse for ya

Call up your credit card agency and file a dispute if you don’t hear back from them.

Well, I did recieve a reply email. They said to be patient because the holidays can slow the mail down. well, here we are now and I never recieved my order.

Well shit I’d email them again and demand your $ back

@cory call your Credit card company and put it in dispute. After the claim has been settled have the CC issue you a new number.

Ok guys, i did recieve a response from this website. After explaining i still hadn’t recieved my order they reshipped it. i did recieve my order after all this time. This issue was out of their control completely. the first package must have disapeared in route. they responded professionally and sent me my order again free of charge. i feel terrible about detering folks from this vendor. actually, come to find out, this site is run by noneother than mr snuff! I had no idea until i saw the purchase order. i will do future business through this site and recomend that folks try it as well. it was very fresh.
