I read online that some people dry and grind pipe tobacco and use it as snuff. I was curious if anyone has tried this and what is the best way to dry it and grind it up? I have some pipe tobacco that I feel would be a great snuff but I cannot find info on how to process it.

Er… just dry it and grind it. I use a mortar and pestle to grind it. Works just fine. I’ve been snuffing SG Brown No.4 Twist this evening. Very nice. I found that while I prefer to smoke the black twists, the brown ones work better as snuff for me.
