After months and months of searching for that one perfect snuff - and yes, i know love is different for each of us - i have have finally found my soul snuff: Bernard’s Kownoer Strange, to go from SG to Bernard’s, but the Kownoer is the perfect blend for me. Plain, coarse insanely tasty in it’s pure tobacco-ness. This is my new all day snuff. But I also admire Bernard’s Pariser #2 and The klostermischung. I’m in heaven.
my love would have to be WoS Extra Crumbs of Comfort. I am still really new to the world of snuff though, having only tried roughly 20 different kinds
it’s ok, little buddy. WoS extra crumbs of comfort is one of my favorites, too.
I like all of the above but after trying more then 450 different snuffs I keep going back to the Fribourg & Treyer snuffs as my favorites.
I still think my overall fave snuff is Dholakia Sparrow Cool. I love that tobacco scent, and just the right amout of menthol, that makes it great and unique.
I’m in love with J&H Wilson’s SP No1
Noob crumbs of comfort is a must try snuff. It’s amazing. And a great example of master scent blending (it’s not straight mint). My loves seem to be Ganga, SM Blue (my favorite menthol), and grunt. The ganga and the sm blue I always have to get again and really start missing them badly when I run out. I think the grunt is going to end up the same way.
Good grief, Belgium! 450! You’re nearly a Quincenturion!
Here, here for the Bernard Feinster Kownoer the one of a kind, blended, all tobacco, make you cry, don’t ever leave me, I love you snuff!
Holy Sh*^&! That Bernard Feinster is the most expensive “normal” snuff I’ve ever seen. $4.89 for 10g’s !!! I just ordered a few, but still… I think I’ve tried about 40 snuffs, so I’m a relative newcomer, but the one I love that never seems to get mentioned is McChrystal’s Mild Lemon. That and O&G are the only ones I’ve ever bought in bulk. The burn from Mild Lemon is sooo incredible. It isn’t mild. I also love Sparrow Cool. As an ex menthol smoker, it’s the only mentholated snuff that somehow manages to replicate the sensation of smoking a Kool or Newport. If someone could ever make a snuff scented with the essence of Mimosa blossoms, I would buy the entire world supply. Does anybody out there know what a Mimosa tree smells like? There is absolutely nothing like it, and whenever I pass by one at sun up or sun down, when they release their fragrance, I nearly burst into tears.
450 seems like a lot Xander but in over 35 years of using snuff it only amounts to about 1 new snuff each month.
