I wouldn’t mess with it , nicotine is pretty toxic and it would be really easy to overdose imho. This was also discussed with caffeine , although i like the idea of raising the potency of snuff and/or adding caffeine i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that isn’t more than confident in they’re dosing ,mixing and general pharmacological skills.Some members have been able to pull it off with caffeine and got really good results , but again it’s quite risky.
I would say Roderick is the best one to answer this, as a hunch I don’t think it would do much. If you are adding the liquid from an e-cigarette cartridge, thats probably lower in nic content than the snuff, maybe like adding weak beer to strong beer?
