Damm packed act they won’t ship to New York any more
It’s the PACT Act, and it has nothing to do with why they won’t ship to New York.
I’ve ordered from little brown and hadn’t had any trouble. They send UPS and an adult has to sign for it. They charge a tax fee and you are suposed to pay your state taxes after you recieve it. If you pay them that’s up to you.

I’ve found Lil Brown a bit erratic on having snuff and snus stuff in stock, but they’re a good deal if the stuff is available.
@tybalt The reason they wont ship to new york IMO has all to do with the PACT Act. The Prevent all Cigarette Trafficking Act is a piece of legislation designed to “prevent tobacco smuggling and to ensure the collection of all tobacco taxes.” Requiring businesses that make interstate sales of cigarettes or smokeless tobacco to comply with state tax laws. Some state are now forcing lil brown to comply with the Act NOTICE: We cannot ship to New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Maine, Montana, South Dakota, or Utah! We are NOT selling RYO or Smokeless Tobacco into California until further notice. We are now collecting tax for Alaska, Arizona, California (Cigars & Pipe Tobacco Only), Florida, Minnesota, Nevada, Texas, & Washington. The website does not add the tax to orders yet. Please expect a phone call regarding the additional charges.

Just trying to be funny with the facebook statement, I myself have never used it. But I would like to know why companies are always offering incentives to get us to like them on facebook?
I think it puts a link on your facebook page to their business; the business love word-of-mouth-free-advertising and facebook loves adding another aspect of your personality to their database.
