I’m just suggesting: We start a buying club! And we do it Legally! Paying Taxes and all. Above the board. On the up and up. I’m just suggesting!
If it could be done in the US you’d have my interest, but there are some issues it seems.

Why don’t you just buy in bulk! from an online store! or a manufacturer! do you need to be in a group! just wondering, but all the best with it!
I’m already belong to a buying club. There are three members- Me, Myself and I. Me is the president. Myself is the purchasing agent. And I am the treasurer. We all have the same taste in snuff and there are never any problems.

I have a team of 30 buyers who do research and then bulk buy the best finds, 10 guys who collect the snuff when it passes customs and reaches my - sorry, our, house and a tasting panel of 50 that assess it when it finally arrives. All of them me. Plus another 40 that work on my own brands - they are me as well - and finally one giant team of 200 that look dreamily into space when they have taken a pinch. They’re me too. I just let them get on with it.

I don’t know what state you live in, or even what country, But many of us here in the U.S., Especially in NEW YORK, are having a real difficult time getting anything shipped to us. Even when ordering from within the U.S.! Lil’ Brown Smoke Shack will no longer ship to certain states, and Wilsons will no longer ship out of the EU! QUOTE: “Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship snuff to non-EU countries. It has become increasingly difficult to ship outside the EU and, following advice, we have had to make the frustrating decision to halt all sales due to ever increasing legislative restrictions.”
How would a buying club get around that? I don’t mean to put the idea down, just interested. I hope you can get it off the ground. I’m in the UK but I feel for any fellow snuff user who can’t get their snuff. PM me your mailing address and I will send you a Dragun sample to cheer you up while you work out the details.
I started a separate thread on the Buying Club idea. Your Lucky you live in U.K. I can’t even order from a company in another state, they won’t ship through the mail because of the PACT ACT. And very few if any local retailers carry snuff. New York State and New York City is the worst.

What, and get busted for illegally transporting tobacco across state lines? Not me Buddy! The ONLY way to do it is above the board. Paying the tax in the state where purchased, and also paying the tax in the state where shipped to. After all, this whole PACT ACT thing was about states complaining that they were loosing tax revenue when citizens were going online and buying tobacco from another state. If we pay taxes in both directions, then in theory, there shouldn’t be a problem. But again, I’m not a lawyer, so I don’t have the knowledge about how to go about setting up such an operation that would be legal. I wish I was a lawyer, law has always interested me.
From the sound of it, the middle man making the bulk purchase and then taking orders from members essentially becomes a retailer. The same shipping restrictions would still apply. So really, you’d be paying a fee for the the privilege of buying from this person, who would then pocket the membership fees as profit in compensation for taking the risk of illegal sales and shipping. It seems much less complicated just to order from established businesses overseas who are willing to ship to you and just be patient. Maybe you could find a friend in another state willing to make purchases for you and *somehow* get the order to you. Or maybe, if it’s convenient enough, open a PO box across state lines. Or move.
If only ,why yes the government is always handing money over to business, I will open up the snuff emporium on every corner in every town. city and state in the nation, Hire hundred thousand of employee’s and get america snuffing out of the depression. Yea that will happen. 8-}

@FrigginSantaClaus its not entrely illegal to ship tobacco across state lines. The PACT act specifed that prvate individuals can ship to each other up to 10 times a month. Also its legal to hire a prvate couriour for purchaces from businesses. If you need scotches, many of us can get at least a few in our areas. Post what you’re lookng for on the buy-sell-trade thread.
Ok I just orderd 150 boxs of 41 photo Himtaj Golden and 150 boxs of Snuff Elephant . There are 10 tins in each box , The Elephant is 35g tins , the Himtaj Golden are 50g tins . How doe’s our club pay for this we can also purchase from Uma Snuff , King Snuff , Many Photo , 7 Photo and several thousand other manufactures in India . I got the flour , I’ve made the dough , Who will help me bake the bread ! Some of there outlets look like fireworks stands on the 3rd of July . These people want to sell really bad, I wonder why David @MrSnuff dosn’t carry all 3000 or so brands ?
