I love this snuff. I had three 25g tubes of it, and somehow managed to mislay them. I recenty placed an order with Mr. Snuff, and I was tempted to buy some more, but I couldn’t bring myself to because I wanted to try as many new snuffs as possible. Well the good news is that I decided last night that I was going to keep looking until I found my HDT, and after a while of frantically tearing the place apart, I found them in my electronics tool kit where my wife had helpfully ‘tidied them away’. I had a quick snuff last night before bed, and took the tube with me to work this morning to enjoy all day. Unfortunately, it seems that the plants are getting frisky today, and my nose is raw with allergies. This is a sneezy snuff at the best of times, but today I’m sneezy even without snuffing 
Tell me of your love for F&T HDT to cheer me up. At least then I’ll be able to enjoy it vicariously…
To me it is the best damn snuff in the whole world. I’ve just run out and will be ordering a large tub very soon. I love toasts, and this is the toast of the toasts!
The best part of HDT for me, although it’s good on the take, is the scent in the nose, i’ve enjoyed it up to an hour after taking. I find myself nurturing this warm wonderful scent by adjusting my intake to maintain it. It’s encouraged me to breath deep to enjoy it.
I have also read time and time again that HDT has a relatively low nicotine content. Despite the state of my nose today, I still managed to get enough up there to give me a nic hit bordering on a mild overdose. How does everyone else find the nic content of this snuff? Does the F&T version have a nicotine content that is unusually high for this type of snuff?
I don’t always list it, half as much as I go to it, but I have to at least have a couple of spoons before bed, truly a mastered toast! Definitely in my top 3. A daily go to and understandably, a wonderful all day and night kind of toast, to tame the beasts of ones intelligence or insanity. Three cheers for FRIBOURG & TREYER HIGH DRY TOAST!!! CHEERS! PROST! SALUD!
I love HDT. Very much. I’m planning on buying it in bulk. Having said that, I do prefer IHT22 and I love Toque’s flavoured toasts.

Surely the aristocrat of toasts? Now don’t get me wrong I’m completely in love with SWS Lundy Foot (the candyfloss of toasts), and WoS IT #22 is my favourite ‘Sunday morning’ meaty toast. But F&T never fails and has tradition on it’s side. I’ve heard excellent things about Tonque Almond Toast; sadly I haven’t yet sampled it’s delights… I can’t foresee a time that I wouldn’t have a tin of F&T HDT on the go though - A true classic

I think you mean ‘urinal cakes’. I have no Idea why they’re called that, they taste nothing like cake.
F&T HDT is just a superior snuff, I haven’t had any in two or three months now, definitely next order. @doctorbeat I definitely wouldn’t say it’s low in nicotine, more like upper-medium, same as any other toast I’ve tried.

Airing is important. Toque has some of the most powerful and fresh aromas imho, so airing and mixing are essential. I thoroughly enjoy the Lime toast. well aired, goes great with Quit and if you’re going for the lime, you’ll love the Marmalade and Toast.
While on the subject of Toque, their Natural Toast is another winner.
F&T HDT is in a sterling silver Ari D Norman table top snuff box. I hit it hard when I get time to wind down almost daily. But I don’t use it all day. That would not make it special to me. This one of my pinching snuffs and I take about 4 each side. Kick back and enjoy!
F&T HDT is the best of the best in toast snuffs, consistently good with excellent flavor and easy to take for a toast. I keep several 50G tins on hand. Finding a lost tin of HDT is indeed special.

if you like sweet almond, amaretto, etc, go for almond toast. i completely agree about the urinal cake thing. its the citrus scented urinal cake in snuff form.

I’m going to go ahead and disagree with the posters that dislike Lime Toast. I find it to be a superb all-day toast. Definitely try it out and decide for yourself.
I like the Lime Toast after the lime scent has faded a little bit
