While I don’t agree or even understand our laws I want to stay on the right side of them. How can I legally get it from my house to yours?
I’m not a lawyer, and you certainly shouldn’t listen to me. But, the people I know that ship snuff simply package it up and ship it. I have not heard of any problems thus far.

USPS is fine. Up to 9 ounces. Private carrier beyond that. Of course Marijuana is mailed all the time with few people getting caught so you’re likely safe to mail about any amount of tobacco you want. Just DON’T tell the USPS employee what’s in the package. I don’t believe there is even a penalty if caught beyond confiscation.

I believe it only pertains to sales. You’re not in the business of selling snuff. Just make sure your trading partner is of legal age.

I couldn’t find this into earlier, but the 9oz number allowed Google to pull this up. 472.232 Mailing No customer may send or cause to be sent more than 10 mailings under this exception in any 30-day period. Each mailing under the certain individuals exception must: Be entered (package pickup not permitted) as Priority Mail Express with Hold For Pickup service, Priority Mail Express with an Adult Signature service (see DMM 503.9.0), or Priority Mail with an Adult Signature service, unless shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses under 472.234. Uh oh must have had a special character in that cut n paste. Basically the cheapest route was priority mail with signature service that includes:PERMITTED TOBACCO MAILING- DELIVER ONLY TO AGE-VERIFIED ADULT OF LEGAL AGE
