I just ordered some more books on snuff to read:
- Kendal Brown: The History of Kendal’s Tobacco and Snuff Industry
- Snuff Yesterday and Today
- The Old Snuff House of Fribourg & Treyer at the Rasp & Crown 1720-1920
I wonder what they got to teach me.
I just ordered some more books on snuff to read:
The Kendal Brown book arrived. It looks very promising with a lot of interesting pictures. Let’s start reading.
The other two books arrived today. I love old books. The look, the smell, the places they might have been to. Christmas holiday seems not to get boring this year (as it wasn’t the last years, but…well, you know what I mean). A hint for book collectors: If you are looking for old tobacco and snuff books, not available at the common stores, I could arrange a contact to a book collector and seller. If interested, just let me know and I give you contact details. He is also fluent in German.
