At first I was sure this was going to be exactly the same as Gawith Hoggarth Jasmin. Then I was not so sure. In this the scent of jasmine is much stronger and more pervasive than in my Gawith Hoggarth sample. Also the grind seemed different; slightly moister. After consideration, I am concluding that all noted differences are due to freshness. This sample was notably fresher than the GH labled one. However, I can’t say that a stronger jasmine scent is actually an improvement. I quite adore the scent of jasmine flowers, but for some reason I can’t seem to find a snuff that really takes it well. Anyway, this was not bad, but nothing I’d go out of my way for again.
