I just got my first 25g tin from WoS through MrSnuff: Is it normal for it to be filled only half way? ?

I don’t think so. Usually WoS tins are so full you can’t open them without spilling some.

I think they fill by weight so if it’s a moister, heavier snuff it may not fill the container.

it was way light : I emailed, and was a little sad to get back a "Sorry [paraphrasing:] but we’re not going to do anything for you.’ I’m feeling conflicted actually. How do they expect to keep customers with that kind of service?

I feel like it’s been one small thing after another with Mr.Snuff. My first order there was this ‘tick here to get your free spoon’ so I did. but it never arrived. That I’ve let go, I tend to pinch anyway… I bought the plastic boxes a few weeks ago, and they are failing miserably… now this.

Talk to him and he will help you as best he can !! Complaining on a forum can do great damage to a company and could easily be sorted out over the phone or emailing more as to why etc no offence ment but to many people are quick to complain without first getting to the bottom of it or not knowing the facts

which snuff is it? That could explain a lot. Most of their snuffs over fill but sometimes they don’t. Additionaly with any organic product settling can occur. The spoon is taped to the reciept and tiny and easy to lose. And really on the plastic box? I’ve had great luck with mine.

Nothing to do with support it’s not just this forum the web is full of people complaining lol again no offence I say it to everyone complaining on very forum I’m on . I have not ordered from him before but their will be a time … So mr snuff I expect my Tin to be now overflowing hahaha

As for the free spoon as bob said its super tiny and taped to the invoice so you probably threw it out without even realizing it, I almost did.

That’s odd with the extra CoC. I bet it’s from the factory or possibly customs. Seems to happen occasionaly with any seller. Though the f&T almost never seem full from anywhere. General forum rule is get it straightened out with the seller first, which is a good rule because with how precious snuff is it can drive people crazy (kind of a best to just say no, then try to come up with better rules of decorum.) Around christmas I got in one order that I think customs checked out (they check more around christmas) tins opened some missing snuff and my toques sitting on top of the bag. The mixture of snuff on the bottom of the box was really good though.

Don’t feel cheated on the free snuff spoon, they are ridiculously small and of little use, maybe as a soup spoon for a doll house, Mr. stuff has always done right by me.

The guy at the snuff filling machine was asleep again. and the spoon ,did you add it to the cart? it will be on your past order history with your account. I had forgot to push add now button several times. it is small enough to be a ear ring or a ornament for a xmas tree.not practical for snuff use. I used to weigh my snuff but then I stopped. I want to be trusting and blissfully reclusive. Mistakes happen, won’t be the last time.

PM me if you really want the free “snuff” spoon. In older threads they referred to them as “Xander spoons”. They’re more of a novelty, I found them on ebay years ago, while searching for the perfect spoon. Cost about a dollar for 150 and I gave a bunch away for fun with trades. I still have a big pile. As above, they’re more suited to earrings or a charm bracelet. As to WoS, that’s rather odd. They usually overfill the tins, which oddly causes complaints from some members, but not from me. Many a WoS snuff has been spilled by over enthusiastic snuffers.

I was never really concerned with the spoon, just the snuff, and got to venting and :: So. Thanks. Life will go on, because I know how to get more snuff. …and money.
