Is it possible to make the badges invisible for people who don’t want to bother? I have no idea I’am computer illiterate. (yeah if I was as illiterate the normal way I’d be able to read kids books.)

I wish, that would be an easy fix.  No such thing as an easy fix with Vanilla.  

I like Vanilla for its unorthodox design; the big list of posts with minimal categorization. Most of the add ons that vanilla features seem pointless though; the badges and the ‘like’ ‘agree’ ‘spam’ and ‘abuse’ buttons. It is not built for complexity I guess.

The Spam and Abuse buttons actually have function for Mods.
