Inserting Images.

Is it possible to insert an image from my computers own memory, or does the picture have to be in the cloud somewhere?

The copy and paste facility just seems to be for text.

All I want to do is take a photograph, download it from my camera to my computer, and copy into the article that I am typing.

I do not use " The Cloud" , I keep everything in my own hard drive and memory sticks etc.

Simple answers only please for a computer nug-head.

Cheers.

If a picture is on your hard drive, you can attach it into the post with a click on that blue icon  IMG_0877

@b4xter     I just tried it and works fine.

I tried that blue icon a few months ago and it would not work for me then.   The picture that I took at the time,  had been taken using the camera setting for printing up to 16 x 20 in prints (16M).

I think that may have had something to do with it.

Many thanks for getting me sorted.

Cheers.

The image size has to be small, like 1MB or lesser I guess. Whenever I tried to upload an image greater than an MB it gave me issues. Looking forward to your pictures!

I use file.army, they give you the code to insert your photos as thubnails or full sized.
