Idea for a new mixer's snuff!

How about a COMPLETELY scentless snuff? One that doesn’t have any tobacco or menthol or any kind of scent whatsoever? I’ve found I just can’t take WoS, mcchrystals etc cause they’re too fine, not a proper kick and so on, and started mixing it with whatever coarse and very moist snuffs I have. Such as gleischer, president, gawith apricot etc. It would however, be much nicer with a snuff that was made for the purpose of mixing. Maybe one with the grind and moisture of pöschl to mix these dust-fine types with, another, finer and drier to mix those too coarse and too moist with. Any producers or someone interested in trying something like that here?

Grow your own or buy Leaf Tobacco ! No tax on unprocessed Tobacco , Try Leaf only to start with , But there are others out there

that may be rather difficult up here in the cold mountains I believe. And Im from Norway by the way, surely the government got some way to earn money from whatever I put in my backyard.

@Rogue I have a possible solution for you. @Roderick kindly sent me 100g of the base he uses to make his new ‘oiled’ Toque USA snuffs, and it works very well as a method of taming some of the Poschl menthol monsters so that I can take them without suffering menthol-induced brain freeze. I’m sure if you got in touch he would do the same for you. It’s not flavourless, but it doesn’t overpower anything you mix with it.

whats the cost of that base @Justin‌ ? Is it course? moist? Cant wait to hear your reply.

It’s the base tobacco for Toque USA Peach and Lime, and the website describes it as a “moist Germanic medium grind base”. It’s the same sort of grind and consistency as Poschl products like Andrechs or Packard Club, but with no flavourings added. The cost was the same as for standard Toque in bulk - £12 plus postage for a 100g bag.

Yeah, thats gonna be a lot of postage.

@rogue I’ve never paid over 15 $ for shipping to the USA from toque. I haven’t placed any orders I’d really consider big.

@distaind‌ norway here, with quite the amount of fees, taxes and shipping. Ive only gotten 10g tins usually, and even the postage on that is a killer.
