Ok so actually its the wife. I quit smoking a year ago and switched to snuff. I’ve been getting on her to switch as well. She’s tried it and sneezed for what seemed like 10 min straight I was laughing my ass off. Anyway I might have her convinced to try to switch but she asked for some good reading material first. I know when I switched I read a ton of great stuff but that was a long time ago. I was hoping you guys could post a link or two to some good compelling articles with some lack of health issues or anything that would help. Once again Thank You

Bring her here and show her how many of us are in the process of, or have quit smoking using snuff. I feel you though because my wife won’t quit yet. Are you sure your wife is ready to quit? I found that once I was ready to give smoking up I would do whatever it took to stay away from smoking cigarettes. Snuff was the ticket.

Lol thanks guys. @bigdaddysnuff I was that way too. I held on to a perscription of chantix for months till I was ready to use it. It only took a week of use to quit. I was kinda hoping she would just kinda switch over to snuff. She pulled out a smoke one day and I told her to try a pinch of toque quit. After the watery eyes about fifteen minutes later she still had the cig sitting next to her and said she didn’t feel like having it anymore. After talking to her about it she asked for literature on it. I didn’t want to lose her with search after search to find some good info so just thought I’d ask.

not a good idea really. Trust me something will go wrong. I might accidentily introduce her to start reading sci fi or someting like that. Or even worse convince her to read James Joyce. Then you’ll have to discuss the finer points of Finnegans Wake and that’s just not what you want. \\m/

Snuff dosen’t make your mouth smell and taste like an ashtray. Snuff won’t make your teeth yellow. You can run up and down steps when you switch to snuff. Can’t burn your cloths,Upholstery.carpet or children with snuff. You don’t need a lighter or matches to use snuff, You can’t break your snuff, You can snuff anywhere indoors. I never seen a no snuffing sign. Switch to snuff and send your kids to college with the money you save.Or buy a new car. So many positive reasons to switch to snuff for your nic fix. No COPD No oxygen bottle in your future, No lung cancer.Snuff use makes you smarter and extends your healthy life. You want to see your great grand children right?

Can’t burn your cloths,Upholstery.carpet or children with snuff Says basement shaman I guess he’s including the bad with the good. I guess although snuff is great it isn’t pefect.

At the risk of being run out of town in a snuff forum, perhaps she may want to try some snus? If she really wants to quit smoking snus worked for both my wife and I. Some mini portions may provide her with the nicotine to get her over the rough times for a couple of weeks. Of course there are stigmas attached to using oral tobacco as well but she may prefer that to picking out the brown boogers at first. As long as she gets off the smokes. Before long she will be getting into your snuff stash and you will be ordering something akin to Toque Strawberry as a surprise for her as I am going to do as soon as the Christmas Pudding is available.

I quit smoking with the patch and snuff. I’m switching to the smallest patch this week.

Just look at her, make an upwards motion like you’re gripping an invisible ball, and say, “You have no idea the power of the snuff side.” Beyond that, I’m at a loss.
