Huh? My MrSnuff order somehow got cancelled, what happened?

Darn it. I placed an order on the @MrSnuff website onJanuary 12th, and then when I checked the order status on the website today, I saw that the order was “cancelled” as of 1/14/13, however I don’t ever recall cancelling the order. Is there a button on the order history page that I might have accidentally pressed that cancels orders? I was hoping that my order would show up in the next week or so, but since the order is listed as cancelled, would I need to re-order my stuff again? If there isn’t a “cancel” button, would could I have done to inadvertently cancel the order? Any advice, anyone? I don’t think I’d cancel a snuff order on purpose. LOL! :slight_smile: I sent an email through the “Contact Us” webform on the website…hopefully I can find out what weird button I might have pressed on the order history pages and what I can do to get my order re-instated.

If did accidentally click some “cancel” button or someting like that, I’m sure going to feel stupid. :slight_smile: I’m sort of bummed out I didn’t catch this earlier.

The payment cleared my bank account, so i’m hoping its just a glitch in the system. :slight_smile:

Contact them for the peace of mind. If it got canceled they will fix it quick!

This is some kind of sick twisted nightmare! I hope you wake up soon and find it in your mailbox. The week or so of waiting for an order after I get the email saying it has been shipped is bad enough. Wish you the best :slight_smile:

I know, weird, huh?? I was in a coffee shop on my laptop putting new snuffs my ongoing cart, and happened to see that my previous order was “cancelled”. I almost stood up in the coffee shop to let out a pitiful wail. I was so looking forward to getting some Spanish Gem. But I’m curious though…Is there a “cancel order” button on the Order History page on our accounts? Could I have accidentally clicked it??

I’ve never seen a cancel button. And like you stated if it cleared your bank account something else must’ve happened. Like a few others here suggested just send an email. Andrea will help you out.
