I know there are a couple of these – 6 photo has one called cheetah and I have one by Dholakia called “white snuff”.
For the life of me I cant figure out how to use it properly. Even when I’m really careful I end up coughing. The best thing I’ve found is to chase it after a moist snuff cause it sticks more in the nose and doesn’t go back as far but I imagine you’re supposed to be able to use this snuff without doing that.
Proper snuffs get snuffed properly. White snuffs are an abomination. If you insist on using them, there is hope but don’t imagine you’re supposed to be able to use this them without doing that. 
Been a regular user of Toasts for many years so i thought i was experienced enough to tackle any of the drier snuffs. However, when i encountered 6 photo Cheetah i almost choked! Got to be the finest ground snuff ever. Even when taken very gingerly i still get the kick back. Lost patience with it in the end so use it as a mixer now

I dunno, I’ve never had any problems with fine snuffs… just don’t sniff as hard I guess…
i find if i barely sniff it gets there 
I am using them only when my nose is partially blocked. This way I don’t get snuff in my throat plus it helps clearing the passage for further snuffing.
try holding it just inside your nose then flex your throat. Creates just enough suction.
Stuff it in there LOL .
Might not work so well though in reality… A powder puff escaping your nostril…
also…mix it with other snuffs to add a kick.
I use them as a mixer or after snuffing other snuffs. On a clear nose, they always make me cough and there’s no pleasure in that.
I just hold my breath and then rub them into my septum. Once moistened they stick. Its hard to snuff these without a cough or two.
Generally I find these types interesting academically but not suitied to regular all day use.
