I find myself unconsciously dipping into my snuff box at all sorts of random times. Last night I apparently opened my snuff box and had a pinch or two while I was so asleep on the couch (When spoken to all I replied was, “We need more cats.”) On average I’d say I open my snuff box about three times an hour… sometimes more depending on how good it is, or what I’m doing.

AT best 5*hr. I usually get a couple of spoonfuls up each side at one go. When preoccupied I can go for hours without and its no bother. Some days 8+g other days only 2g. If my forehead is sweating its time for a break. If I think of a cig, its time for a snuff and/or snus/pipe. 8-} 8-| @-)

Sometimes its every 15 minutes and sometimes its every half hour. It really depends on what I’m doing during the day.

Anywhere from one to twenty depending on how greedy I’m feeling and what I’m doing. Lately it’s been at the lower end of that, maybe four or five an hour. I blame the White Elephant for that.

Around 0-5 times, it really depends on what I’m doing. I like to take large pinces and several for each nostril (5g a day). Didn’t do it while sleeping yet…

It varies wildly for me. Sometimes I’m like a chain-snuffing vacuum hoover permasnuffing, other times I go for hours without. Just depends on what I’m doing, what I’m snuffing, my mood, etc.

I’m afraid I’ve never really kept track of how many times I snuff per hour. I snuff until I’m satisfied. As a wild guess, I’d say I snuff 2-4 times an hour. I’m still working on snuffing while asleep.

It depends on what I’m doing. If I’m browsing Snuffhouse, it can be a pinch every 10 minutes! Out and about it is much less often, maybe a pinch an hour.

About 4 or 5 times a day. Sometimes less sometimes more. A 25g tin usually lasts me about 4-6 months.

I pretty much always blow my nose within two to five minutes of taking a pinch.

I blow/wipe out the ol honker 1 to 3 times a day. The shower at night is where the heavy duty cleaning happens on its own. I do hock up some snuff when ever the need arises though, so that could account for my lack of needing to blow.

@feralgeek that’s nuts man! For me every time I take a snuff my nose inevitably starts to run within a few minutes; sometimes white snuffs and scotches and toasts won’t make it run too bad but still I end up blowing my nose dozens of times over the course of the day.

I really can’t snuff any more than 3 or 4 times a day. Especially this time of the year, allergies are killing me. Mostly use Cope southern blend, but that can be really gross if I sneeze, lol. edm

Completely dependent on circumstances and mood. Anywhere from 0 to 20 (if you include double pinches). That’s one thing I love about snuff. I’m not a slave to it. I snuff as often as I want.

@mustangii how do you snuff cope southern blend? Isn’t it a long cut? You should get some dry snuff some time, American moist snuffs aren’t meant for the nose (or did I misunderstand the post?)

Depends on my mood and what’s available. But 5-8x an hour sounds about right.
