I’ve successfully introduced only two people to nasal snuff over the past couple of years. They were both very open minded and liked to try new things anyway. Most other people seem either grossed out by it or think it is weird/unpleasant. I’ve gotten many other people to try it and they seemed to enjoy it, but it wasn’t anything they wanted to spend money on or start doing regularly. Only the two mentioned before started purchasing and using snuff. I think I’m probably the only person in my area that uses nasal snuff, most of the tobacco stores carry it, but it’s limited to Garretts and perhaps Tube Rose, neither of which are any good in my personal opinion; especially for beginners. Normally, people’s curiosity is peaked when they seem me snuffing. I will tell them about it and how it works and encourage them to smell it if it has a nice aroma. Some people, mostly younger guys, will try it just because it is a novelty and they want to snort something up their nose with their friends watching; peer pressure is a bitch, lol. Before the try it, I give them a brief lesson on how to do it properly i.e. not like in the movie Blow. As a side not, you’d be amazed at how many people forget my advice and wind up snorting the snuff deep into their lungs which is quickly followed by my scornful response “What did I JUST tell you?” lol How do YOU guys introduce people to snuff?

“Sniff it up your nose? Why on earth would you want to do THAT?” Because it’s nice. Here, take a whiff… “Oh wow, it smells like flowers!” Yeah, it’s not bad like you think. Wanna try a little? “No way!” lol
Yeah the whole introducing people thing doesn’t seem to go so well most times. I do have 2 folks I introduced [they were actually open minded] but neither of them have moved on to purchasing any. They will have a pinch any time they are around me tho. Most times I just get…oh that’s gross,thats weird,how disgusting,and this is coming from smokers usually.
I don’t really make a point of introducing people to snuff anymore. I just do it and explain what it is if someone asks. Most people don’t even seem to notice, and the few people that actually try some just think of it as a novelty and forget about it.
Just got two of my fellow workers into snuff with the help of toques great product. They saw me pinching from a tin of whiskey and honey. Seeing there curiosity I explained what it was and how to use it. One sniff each, along with some coughing and sneezing lol, they were hooked. They r now ordering afew tins of toque for themselves

Personally I found the finer grinds a little difficult at first. Berwick Brown would be a good place to start though … and a good one to visit on a frequent basis thereafter too 
In Poland people usually start from Poschles - Gawith Apricot, RedBull, Ozona Cherry, because these are the most common snuffs in my country. Some stop after some time, some go deeper - like me. In fact, I’ve been snuffing since 2010 - not so long as many of you - but I don’t consider myself as an apprentice or something. I’ve tried around 100 different snuffs so far, but I had Toques in my nose for the very first time scarcely one week ago.
I have introduced 6 of my friends to snuff and 3 are now full time snuffers and the other 3 I have introduced to dip and chew to now so we now have a little tobacco group that is now 19 strong in my village I live in and I hope to get more of my friends to get rid of the cigs and switch to much more enjoyable forms of tobacco its starting to work and to be honest I don’t think its anything to do withme apart from some generosity in sharing what I have but its the products themselves that change peoples minds and I’m hoping to get more people to join our little group and swap tobacco blends , snuff blends and dips because tobacco should be about sharing and enjoyment and the best way to get enjoyment is smokeless tobacco products and pipes in my opinion . I really rate toque snuffs roderick really knows what he is doing and they are all natural which is another good reason to use them to . Great flavors at fair prices
I don’t even bother attempting to make converts anymore. If people ask, I will tell them what snuff is and answer all of their questions, but that is about as far as it goes.
