what snuffs are high in nic and give a strong nic hit please.

of the snuffs that I have tried, Viking Dark and WE Garrett Scotch give the biggest nic hit. I have also heard Toque Quit and Dholakia White have high nic.

Nicotine absorption does improve over time with regular snuff use.

@Juxtaposer, does that go towards scent because ive had loads of lemon toast and while i like it and enjoy the smokiness i get absolutely no lemon.

@chris_lover_of_snuff Perhaps a tad but the reality is that olfactory fatigue plays a big part in how certain scents smell at certain times. I like to use American Scotch snuffs as a palate cleanser but almost any other snuff that is different enough will help. I do find toasts the most difficult to get scents out of on a regular basis.

when you use the same snuff for a while you can not catch it this is why i rotate my snuffs. For example F&T Bordeux when i first tried it, it lasted 12 hours although i used other snuffs. After using it for a week it only lasted less than half an hour. Rotation is nessasary.

Whilst some snuffs are higher in nicotine you can boost the effect from a standard snuff by simply taking bigger pinches. This is obviously is a kind of ‘duhh’ comment on the face of it, but there is more to it. A lot of high nicotine snuffs are quite difficult to use; most of them are highly dry and penetrating with a big burn factor so a large pinch of a ‘standard’ snuff will be more satisfying than a small pinch of something like Dholakia White, also high nicotine, coarse snuffs are hard for some people to retain in the nose. I am a nicotine fiend but I get as much out of an ordinary SP as I do anything else. It’s all personal of course, like much of this hobby of ours.

i get the highest nicotine from 6 or more pinches from schmalzlers and kailash, special (6 photo) like snuffs although they are known as low nic. HDT like snuffs contain high nic but not possible to take bigger pinches as @Abraxas says.

Most all of the American Scotch snuffs pack a pretty good punch in the nic department.I have had many of them at this point and my top 3 as far as nicotine would be Bruton , W.E. Garrett plain and Square…Square being the easiest to take while still giving a major nic hit. Lately Im hooked on my mix of Garrett and Willie Pete,couldnt take the Willie straight up but its actually a fantastic mixer and really boosts the nic level of just about anything you mix it with.I dont weigh it or anything…just 3 teaspoons of Garrett and 1 teaspoon of Willie,mix well and get ready for an awesome snuff experience ^:)^

i thought that the nic burn is the nic hit. I learnt that the burn comes from the “basic” form of the snuff :((

Taxi Red packs a whollop, the dark SG snuffs do too. As @Abraxas says you can just take bigger pinches of the easier to take snuffs, I can take a rather large dose of Toque Peach and get the same feeling a small pinch of taxi or HDT gives, Viking Peach is good for that too, I like peach can you tell

Not just Taxi Red, also Taxi Green, NTSU Black, NTSU Green, both Babaton’s, the Singleton’s with the black lid. The Fubars. 6 Photo Cheeta…

Starr has a lot of nicotine, and it’s more conducive to bigger pinches than Bruton et al. Square and Three Thistle are also strong and easier to take, for me anyway.

i dont seem to get it with the taxi red, there is something there, but i dont like the consistency( it just seems to block my nose and fall out) so i dont feel its worth it for me. quite like qsnuff and 6photo for it. im waiting on an order that includes swisher superior, garrett sweet, snafu plain, abraxas premium fin… and makla (oh god.). ill update if any are worth it for the nic. wish viking dark and dragun were in stock… but couldnt wait any longer to order.
