High Days and Holidays

With Saint George’s Day and Easter just around the corner I’ve been wondering about what snuffs would best go with these occasions and other special days throughout the year. For Saint George’s Day I was thinking of some of the more traditional English-made snuffs with longer pedigrees but Abraxas’ Dragun also seems quite appropriate :stuck_out_tongue: I have no ideas what would be good for Easter though ! What do you folks think would be most apt for these days and others in the calendar ?

I’m more of an Ēosturmōnaþ kinda guy, but in any case I would go with a Toque Chocolate maybe or something with a high ‘earthy/barnyard’ note. Being that it’s spring and all and the ground is giving off fine muddy tones near my place.

SG Chocolate is a good Easter snuff, its chocolatey and earthy

I like London Brown during the spring, and it’s particularly good during Lent and Passover. Easter is April 20, Passover ends April 22, St. George’s Day is April 23; perfect time for a snoot full of London Brown. (I like it during rainy season; I started when we lived in Seattle and had to buy it by the pound.)

You like black jelly beans than absinthe, or aniseed snuff may be in line. And you can’t go wrong with Toque Crazy George for any occasion " scent unknown ".

For our Dutch King’s day I would say Oranje snuif!

Echoing chefdaniel’s suggestion of London Brown, also Princes Special goes nicely with April showers.
