Hello guys i used cigars to make snuff at first and it worked, but now that im trying to save a little of money i wonder if someone could help me found the best cigarettes mark to moist, i used gauloise and it didn’t work , please help

It is additive free and with good nicotine.

try to find any rolling tobacco then, better than cigarettes. 

or pipe tobacco with no added flavor. 

Or maybe you can find some hookah dry tobacco, the ones you get them dry and add the flavor syrup (moisture) at home. But I think hookah tobacco leaf would be very low in nicotine.
