Hi We’re having a heatwave here in Europe and my nose is seriously craving strong menthol snuffs. Has this happened to anyone else? On the plus side, it’s giving me a reason to use my Poschls.

I really love menthol when it is super hot. The cooling effect does help a lot. Now I enjoy menthols no matter the season but they are especially nice in the summer.

Three weeks ago here , heat + humidity it was brutal.

It’s been 95°+ and stagnant swamp humidity lately. The only menthol I like is SG’s Gold Mull, afterglow, dr vereys, lightly mentholated and cooling

I tend to like fruity snuffs (Toque Citrus or St. Clements) when it’s hot, and somehow associate menthols with winter, but I’ve never really fathomed the links between snuffs and seasons.

I just got some menthol, McChrystal’s Sturco from @willc and it is really hot and humid here in NC. I find the menthol very refreshing. I will see how it is in the winter coming up soon

Just got some Bernards ,Amostrina ,Jubilaums and Steife Prise They are very cool in the nose , I trend to use finer snuff in the hot weather although these are a delightful mix
