  1. Check your email. You should have a link. You will have to create a new password, but all of your posts will be retained.

  2. If no email, click forgot password link. You will receive an email with login instructions. Again you will have to create a new password. Again, all of your posts will be retained.

  3. If you don’t have access to the email you used to create your account email tech-support@snuffhouse.com from your new email address with your username, old email address and your IP address. You may be asked more questions to confirm your identity. Tech will change your email address in the back-end and email you login instructions. All of your posts will be retained.

  4. Create a new user. You will need a new username and password. All of your posts will be retained but under your previous username.
