Got my new pipe today, now I don’t even need to worry holding the pipe anymore, I can even smoke in bed. It’s made of pearwood and smokes as cool as anything although having two inches of wood surrounding the bowl helps I’m sure.

A little bit but normally I puff like a train so I don’t give it time to go stale.

I bought a pretty expensive peterson a while back and am having gurguling issues every time I use it. LOTS of moisture no matter what I do. If anyone with pipe experience could give me some tips/wisdom I’d be very grateful. I’m more of a snuffer and chewer really but enjoy my occasional smoke. Thanks guys!

What type of baccy are you smoking in it? As for tips maybe try smoking slower or blow through it when the gurgling starts for a few seconds to remove the moisture.

Oops I did it again. This time a nice poker, I have got to stop buying these.
