Email them, they are very fast at resolving issues. And I agree. If you have not emailed or called them first to give them a chance to fix things, then you should not be posting it here. Everyone is human and do make mistakes, they do happen.

It was more likely the stock boys mistake. Take a picture and e-mail them. They will make good ,always have in the past.
