Good news, those Bernard flasks are still around - Bernard Schnupftabak GmbH - Altersprüfung, you just need to find retailer (Bernard webstore is b2b-only). Most Germany-based online tobacco stores are not allowed to sell tobaco products outside Germany, but this restriction doesn’t apply to non-tobacco items.
