Quite fine and dry and thus probably hard to take for a beginner. It has a nice scent of cloves and something floral, followed by sweet citrusy back notes. Great snuff. The only thing that bothers me is the plastic tap box. I like them with oiled German snuffs, but Mitchells would be better in a tin. Due to its dryness and fine grind, I usually pour too much out and it’s also hard to take it off the back of your hand or in a boxcar.
