Has anyone ever received a reply from Gawith Hoggarth after sending them emails?

I sent a couple of emails last year and one in January this year.

They are of no concern now but it would  have been nice  to have received an answer or an acknowledgement at the time.

I think I’ve sent them three emails and had one reply. I’m probably about as impressed with their customer service as you are

I’ve emailed them a couple of times and never gotten an answer.  

Same here, no replies.

It’s unfortunate that their customer service is so bad while their product is so good…
