I just wanted to share an experience here with you fine folks. I was a smoker for about 12 years, started when I was 27…my lungs couldn’t take it much more, so I picked up snus for a few years. Having lived in Sweden for a bit I was familiar with it, but here in Canada all you can get is American Dip…which can be quite toxic for your oral health… the whole steam pasteruized vs flue cured scenario…anyway the point I am getting to is that I successfully quit snus by using a product called Loonic Snus. You can get it on the Northerner…they sell 4 cans each with 25% less nicotine than the previous one…until you are down to the last can which is nicotine free!! A few days ago I popped open that last can and I am now snuffing full time. I got into snuff about a year and a half ago as I knew then I would want to transition from snus to snuff. The Uncle Buck Stop Smoking Plan… cigarettes to snus, snus to snuff!!
I’m a huge fan of tobacco and want to be abe to enjoy it for a very long time.
