The medium tins are 65mm tall and 36mm in diameter. I believe they hold around 25gr of snuff. 
That HDT in the photo is a medium tin. I haven’t ever seen a small tin.
I’ve “seen” small tins… on some “vintage snuff” pics around snuffhouse, Ermtony’s page or elsewhere, but they’re no longer produced and I doubt they’ve ever been since the beginning of Wilsons times.
