Ebay in the USA has a Blue Wedgewood Dish for sale. It has a moulding of the old Fribourg and Treyer shop in The Haymarket, London.

I remember reading somewhere that F&T in The Haymarket sold Wedgewood, tobacco related ornaments in their London shop in their latter years of business.
I have one of these dishes and it measures roughly 4 1/2 inches in diameter.
