Wedgewood pin tray featuring The Old Snuff Shop of Fribourg and Treyer in The Haymarket, London.
Still standing today, probably one of the oldest shops in London. No longer selling snuff, but worth a look if you are in London. Or even a peep on Google Earth.
I have no connection with the item or auction, but managed to get one of these myself a couple of years ago.
Nice, useless, snuff related ornament. Just like so many other ornaments we clutter our houses with.
